Builder Selection:
After the Design Process is completed, you will be in a position to commence building. You may have a Builder already in mind and wish to receive and negotiate your Builder’s offer or you may prefer to go through a tender process with a number of Builders/tenderers, to get multiple offers and select your preferred Builder.

What we do:
- prepare the relevant documents for tender,
- respond to any enquiries made by Builders / tenderers,
- receive and review the offer(s) from tenderers
- assess all submissions from the tenderer(s), possibly with input form a Quantity Surveyor may be involved
- check the Builders’ license and insurance
- inspect three examples of the Builders’ previous work
- prepare a report with our recommendations for you to consider.
This process of Builder selection can take anything from a few weeks to several months.

Fees for Builder Selection :
Our fee for selecting you Builder is:
- $450 if negotiations are with one Builder,
- $750, for contacting up to 3 tenderers,
- $250 for each additional tenderer in excess of 3 tenderers.

What you will need to approve:
Once your Builder is selected and you accept his/her offer, we will then seek your written approval to:
- assist you with the preparation of the Contract Document that you will need to sign with your chosen Builder,
- Administer the Contract before, during, and after construction.
